Winter Airfield - Home of the Huron Prop Busters

Winter Airfield - The home of the Huron Prop Busters Model Aeronautics Club is located South West of Huron, South Dakota. Directions to the airfield: Go south of Huron on Highway 37 two miles to 212th Street (45th Street Huron) then west 3 1/4 miles. The field is on the North Side of the gravel road, and is marked with a sign on the gate. Spectators are always welcome. AMA certification is required for all pilots for insurance reasons. Our field also offers a Picnic Shelter, Bathroom, and a Sand Box for the kids.
